The EPF Nord-Pas de Calais is dedicated to the region's local communities and the state. While its action is carried out on the municipal level, its strategy is designed on the intermunicipal level. Thus, before it acts on a commune's territory, the EPF systematically contractualises beforehand with the intermunicipal structure to which the commune requesting the EPF's assistance belongs.
