Management of assets
Once purchased, the asset is managed:
- either by the community
- or by the EPF
This management takes into account the assets' occupancy, situation and condition: Insurance for asset damages and civil liability, site surveillance, walling and "unplugging" from networks are specifically ensured. In order to ensure a good and safe management of assets, the EPF collaborates with the municipal services in charge of the asset's local surveillance.
