For whom ?

The EPF Nord-Pas de Calais is dedicated to the region's local communities and the state.

While its action is carried out on the municipal level, its strategy is designed on the intermunicipal level. Thus, before it acts on a commune's territory, the EPF systematically contractualises beforehand with the intermunicipal structure to which the commune requesting the EPF's assistance belongs.

To be granted support by the agency, the applicant must :

• need land
• have a development project in line with one of the three main lines of intervention, i.e.:
  • Developing land offer for social housing and urban renewal
  • Anticipating land change on industrial sites and supporting large economic projects of regional or national interest
  • Continuing the development of green and blue patterns in Nord-Pas de Calais
