In a few words
The EPF Nord-Pas de Calais, a Public Land Agency, is a public land operator dedicated to public communities (local communities and the state).
It acts upstream of their development projects to provide the land needed for their implementation. The EPF is neither land developer, nor real estate developer, nor builder. Its action is part of a pluriannual strategy defined by its Board of Governors on the regional scale.
